Bullanginya Dreaming Annual Pass – Terms and Conditions
The Bullanginya Dreaming Annual Pass (“Pass”) offers discounts on tickets for a full year, providing exceptional value to individuals and families. By purchasing or using the Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pass Overview
1.1 The Annual Pass is available in two tiers:
• Single Annual Pass: $54, providing $27 discounts per transaction.
• Family Annual Pass: $144, providing $72 discounts per transaction.
1.2 Discounts apply to the total transaction value, whether for individual tickets or family passes, subject to the following:
• Discounts do not exceed the value of the transaction.
• Booking fees and card charges are not included in the discount.

2. Member Codes
2.1 Each Passholder will receive a unique member code, which must be used to redeem discounts:
• Single Pass Code: Reduces the transaction total by $27.
• Family Pass Code: Reduces the transaction total by $72.
2.2 Please allow 24-48 hours after checkout for the unique member code to be generated and sent to you.
2.3 Codes can be used an unlimited number of times within the 12-month validity period.
2.4 The code must be entered during the booking process or provided to Box Office staff at the time of purchase.
2.5 The code is for the exclusive use of the named Passholder and must not be shared with others. If the Passholder is found to have shared their code, their Annual Pass will be terminated effective immediately, and no refund will be issued for the remaining validity period.

3. Booking Process
3.1 Tickets can be booked:
• Online via the Bullanginya Dreaming ticketing system.
• In person at the reception or Box Office.
3.2 Booking fees apply and are charged separately by the third-party ticketing provider:
• $1 per ticket or $3 per family pass, plus any applicable card charge fees.
3.3 Discounts are applied to the transaction total after booking fees are calculated.

4. Pass Validity
4.1 The Pass and its associated member code are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4.2 Codes expire automatically at the end of the 12-month period and cannot be extended or reactivated. However, if Annual Passes are renewed for the following year, current Passholders will be given the first opportunity to renew their Pass before they are made available to the general public.

5. Conditions of Use
5.1 The Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the named individual(s) or family.
5.2 Codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
5.3 Bullanginya Dreaming reserves the right to void any code or Pass if:
• The Pass is used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
• The Passholder shares their code with others.

6. Refunds and Replacements
6.1 The Pass is non-refundable once issued.
6.2 Lost or stolen codes can be reissued upon request, subject to verification of the Passholder’s identity.

7. Privacy
7.1 Personal information collected during Pass registration will be used in accordance with Bullanginya Dreaming’s Privacy Policy.
7.2 Member codes and personal details will not be shared with third parties except as required for ticketing purposes.

8. Operational Changes
8.1 Access to Bullanginya Dreaming events and activities may be subject to changes, including temporary closures, capacity limits, or event cancellations.
8.2 Bullanginya Dreaming is not responsible for disruptions caused by events outside its control, including third-party ticketing issues.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Bullanginya Dreaming reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
9.2 Updated terms will be published on the Bullanginya Dreaming website. Continued use of the Pass constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
